Good Show for Italy
My biggest complaint about going to a concert is people talking. This is a problem at Junkies shows in the States particular. This show does not have that problem. It is refreshing to listen with out the "geese" in the background. European crowds are much more polite. The sound quality is very good for an AUD and worth the download but it is not the best show on this site. That nod goes to the shows at The Winery in Ca 2004 or 05.

Yep they're that good!
This is about the only band that gets my wife in the mood. She actually turned me on to CJ. So in turn, I love this band by default :)
This is a good audience recording. The good thing about the CJ crowds is that they are typically mellow and do not talk throughout the songs...so most CJ recordings focus on the music with appropriate audience clapping between songs.
The only complaint I have with some of the recordings on this site is that some folks get it into their head to attempt to master the final product to their ears. This show has been a little squeezed/compressed/maximized somewhere down the line. There is loss of headroom that creates sonic dropout on some songs. It is especially noticable on "Dark Hole Again". This may have been from the sony D8 and how it was set to record. Neumanns are some of the best sounding mikes out there and it is obvious this show was recorded with one of these mikes. Crisp!
I'd rather folks upload clean shows that they have not "tweaked" to their liking.
Don't get me wrong this is a good sounding show. I just like to tweak/master things to my personal taste in the studio so it is playable across all formats for me, i.e. car, boombox, home stereo, headphones, etc.
My tweak - I ran this show through a studio unit sonic mazimizer and it really brought the vocals out, created a better stereo image, and it removed that hollow room sound you get from a miked room recordings. I also added a very slight touch of clean verb on the overall mix with the lexcicon just to give the show a bit more warmth and depth. I can slap on the headphones, close my eyes, and imagine being in the front row.
Thank you for a great show!

As good as any selection from "200 More Miles". Amazing "First Recollection","Sun Comes Up", & "Dark Hole Again". Quit reading this stupid review and get this show!
